Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CurrentOrbit LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CurrentOrbit LLC provides technology solutions and software development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any project will be agreed upon separately between CurrentOrbit LLC and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule
• Payments are made in the currency specified in the agreement
• All payments are final and non-refundable once services have commenced

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to CurrentOrbit LLC are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and services have begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or project direction
• Dissatisfaction with deliverables that meet agreed specifications
• Early termination of services by the client
• Failure to provide required materials or feedback in a timely manner

We encourage all clients to review project requirements carefully before making payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom work will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Providing necessary access, materials, and resources
• Ensuring they have rights to any content provided to us

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurrentOrbit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the nature of the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
